It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of longtime Lamorinda CERT instructor, Wes Riggins. Wes taught Light Search and Rescue for many years. Wes was also heavily involved with the CAL-OES Explorer Search and Rescue Team, CAL-ESAR, serving in many positions including Training Director.
He passed on August 27, 2023 in his current hometown of Durango, CO with his family at his side.
