CERT Radio Net for PG&E PSPS. An informal, informational GMRS radio net will occur hourly during the Public Safety Power Shutoff. To conserve battery power, network will be held on the hour for a few minutes starting at noon on 09 October and lasting for the duration of the shutoff.
