Is to provide reliable information to individual neighborhoods in

order for residents to prepare for and react to emergency

situations, i.e. earthquake, fire, etc.

BECAUSE MORAGA IS AN ISOLATED

COMMUNITY

It is extremely important that our neighbors are organized to

take care of themselves and each other for 7 days or more.

Organized neighborhoods will be better able to react to disaster,

natural or man-made.

MORAGA IS ORGANIZING NOW

Moraga NEP has a lead role in the organization of Moraga

residents into functional neighborhood units. This will enable

the neighborhoods to work together during emergencies to

ensure the safety of family and neighbors. Implementation of

this plan requires the involvement and cooperation of residents

at the neighborhood level.
